CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Elizabethpmua , we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we'll work with you to accommodate changes to your appointment. However, we require adequate notice to ensure we can allocate our time effectively. Cancellation Notice Period · 48 hours' notice or more: You may reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. · Less than 48 hours' notice: Your deposit is forfeited, and you'll need to pay a new deposit to book a future appointment. Deposit Policy · A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. · If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to keep your deposit. · Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred to another person. Failure to Show · If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, your deposit is forfeited, and you'll need to pay the full amount for any future appointments.
